Excellent products. They are great with quality and maintaining their customer service. I really enjoy their moisturiser and find it goes on my skin nicely.

I had a problem with the pump not working on some lotion. The lotion no longer comes with a pump but they sent me two new pumps.

The promised 15% discount was credited to me after my order was already completed when I wrote a note to customer service!

I have to compliment Nora for her great customer service. I have enjoyed Crabtree and Evelyn products for many years, but had never ordered on line.
My order arrived with a mistaken item, so I contacted customer service.
Nora handled the issue immediately and sent the correct item within 2 days,
It was so refreshing to see her work ethic and commitment to the company and customers.

Crabtree&Evelyn has great customer service. Thanks for Isabel processing my issue quickly. I had problem using my store gift/credit card online after realizing no stores exist anymore. I couldn't find customer contact phone number, but be able to contact them through their FB webpage message. They response very fast, Isabel solved my problem, I be able to use my store card and got C&E product I want (btw, I love their La Source product). Thank you !

I have been a huge fan of C&E for years and I expected that with such an excellent product-the customer service would likewise be exceptional. You exceeded my expectations. I received an order and one of the tubes of hand cream was crushed- I hated to see all that goodness wasted! But Nora was on it. Not only did I promptly receive a replacement tube, I received a little something extra to try out. Thank you so much. In these rough times that we are living in, it is so nice to be able to deal with kind and reasonable people. That tells me that company must treat their employees in the same way the employees treat the customers-again thank you for going above and beyond.

Thank you, Isabel for your assistance with my Crabtree & Evelyn Gift Card. I contacted Crabtree & Evelyn to determine the value of a gift card I had for several years Isabel promptly responded and researched the card. Since they do not accept gift cards on the website, Isabel instructed me to place my order, send her the order number and she would refund the value of the gift card against my order. I did so and my gift card balance was refunded immediately. I truly appreciated the prompt and kind service Isabel provided.
